Large FOV

The 3D vision positioning system has a large FOV and can cover the entire stack. Scanning one time can obtain multiple grabbing positions on the same layer. The fixed camera can run in parallel with the robot without occupying the overall beat.

Excellent Adaptability

The laser line solution is compatible with various materials and colors of cartons. It will not interfered by reflective factors such as surface coatings and tapes and storage lighting environment, and can provide accurate picking coordinates for robot.

System Stability

The 3D vision system can continuously operate for 24 hours. The accuracy will not affected by the running time and temperature changes. The edge accuracy is consistent with the center of the FOV. Multiple grabbing strategies can reduce the probability of mis-grabbing and dropping boxes, and ensure the smooth operation of the depalletizing process.
