Depalletizing of sugar bags

The user is a well-known milk drink manufacturer who needs to use tons of white sugar every day. In order to ensure the cleanliness and the production efficiency of the assembly line, it planned to gradually unmanned production stations such as depalletizing, loading, and bag breaking. After the white sugar soft packs are stacked according to the production plan, they are transported to depalletizing station through a roller conveyor belt. They are overlapped and deformed and come in random posture. The 3D vision positioning system can acquire accurate position to guide the robot depalletize rapidly.

Large FOV

The 3D vision system has a large FOV and can cover the entire stack. Scanning one time can obtain multiple grabbing positions on the same layer. The fixed camera can run in parallel with the robot without occupying the overall beat.

Excellent Adaptability

The laser line solution can recognize various materials of soft bags, distinguish the front and back, and deal with certain degree of extrusion and deformation. The workstation is close to the window, and the changing ambient light will not affect the recognition.

System Stability

The 3D vision system can run continuously for 24 hours. It adopts point cloud processing and AI technology to reduce the mis-grabbing rate, and improve storage throughput and distribution capacity.
