Lots of small parts, connectors, consumables and other materials are circulated among the production stations through turnover boxes. After batching the ingredients in the warehouse, the user chooses the robot to depalletize the turnover boxes, and uses the 3D vision system to locate the material bin, the grasp and place them on the conveyor belt. At the same time, the empty material bins sent back to the warehouse are depalletized and returned to their positions. Turnover boxes are mostly made of plastic, with various colors and sizes. The boxes are thin and close to each other which requires high grasping accuracy. The workstation is near the window, and the ambient light will interfere the vision positioning to a certain extent.
