Pins and bushings have highly reflective surfaces, and mutual reflection between parts further increases recognition difficulty. These rod-shaped parts are stacked together in bins in different orientations. Because they are densely packed, picking parts near the bin edges also requires careful consideration of possible interference risks.
This project uses the ALSONTECH laser 3D vision system with intelligent planning algorithms to guide safe and efficient continuous robotic operation. A linear-track installation allows one system to serve multiple bins, ensuring high loading efficiency.
