Project Background：

China’s first heavy-haul railway hydrogen refueling station, the National Energy Group Batuta Hydrogen Refueling Station, entered commercial operation in 2024. The station is equipped with the world’s first low-temperature-resistant self-service hydrogen refueling robot and a high-flow hydrogen dispenser, enabling all-weather operation in temperatures as low as -25°C. The ALSONTECH explosion-proof 3D vision system provides visual guidance throughout the hydrogen refueling process. ALSONTECH’s self-developed explosion-proof laser 3D camera delivers reliable outdoor imaging and positioning, while its strong protection and explosion-proof performance help ensure safe and stable hazardous gas refueling.

3D Vision Solution：

- The 3D vision system accurately locates the refueling port, compensates for train docking deviation, and guides the robot to complete precise hydrogen refueling. - The system operates in a fully open outdoor environment. The laser 3D camera adapts well to strong sunlight, temperature and humidity changes, and other harsh outdoor conditions. - Hydrogen is a highly flammable gas. ALSONTECH’s explosion-proof 3D camera provides reliable flameproof protection and has been certified by authorized safety institutions, enabling direct use by customers. - The system is highly integrated and easy to deploy. The software is no-code and easy to use.
- Routine maintenance only, system service life ≥5 years.
