Event | ALSONTECH Brand New 3D cameras and solutions shows in 2022 Gaogong Robot Annual Conference

The 2022 Gaogong Robot Annual Conference was held in Shenzhen from Dec,14 to Dec,16, during which ALSONTECH showcased the new "NANO" series binocular 3D camera, and cooperated with ecological partnersto exhibit the "3D Vision Guided Robot Bin Picking" solution.

The new "NANO Series" 3D camera is designed to solve the lightweight requirements of light robotic arm represented by collaborative robots for vision products with small size and lightweight, and NANO series products adopt mature binocular structure design to maintain high precision, high stability, high adaptability, and provide two different types of laser structured light and grating structured light to deal with different application scenarios and workpiece characteristics.

In this event, ALSONTECH and it's ecological partners DOBOT and DH ROBOTICS jointly builted workstations to present

3D vision-guided bin picking solotion of black castings. The station is equipped with AT-S1000-06C-S 3D vision camera, which obtains the position of randomly placed workpieces in the storage bin by scanning and guides the robot to accurately grasp them.

ALSONTECH 3D camera has good adaptability and recognition accuracy for black workpieces, which can ensure accurate loading and no missing parts, and the self-developed algorithm platform can effectively avoid obstacles and avoid interference, collision and other situations in grasping.
