This is the first time that the "Cow" mobile power intelligent linkage operation platform independently developed by Pinggao Group has been "practiced" in the substation, and thesuccessful application of this project marks a new breakthrough in the key technology of Pinggao Group's power intelligent operation inspection equipment and non-stop operation. The composite robot of AGV base + collaborative robot + 3D vision can replace manual simulation of human hands to accurately achieve predetermined actions, and the operation accuracy is controlled within 1mm.

The platform adopts modular component design, high-reliability six-degree-of-freedom collaborative robotic arm with depth camera and multi-functional terminal intelligent operation tool, which can simulate human hands to accurately achieve predetermined actions, the working height is up to 2100mm, the operating accuracy is controlled within 1mm, and the overall performance has reached the international leading level.

The eyes of "Cow" are composed of ALSONTECH 3D visual positioning guidance system, equipped with ALSONTECH AT-S1000-06C-S, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, flexible operation, and is the preferred vision solution for composite robots. And the imaging speed is fast, the positioning accuracy is high, the target positioning is accurate and fast, and the robot is guided to complete the predetermined action.
