The customer is a manufacturing company under a large automotive group, supplying a large volume of leaf spring parts for both internal group demand and external customers. Due to high daily shipment volume, the customer needs to continuously expand and upgrade its processing lines. Leaf springs vary in size and specification, and each spring steel part weighs around 10–20 kg, making manual handling and loading time-consuming and labor-intensive.
3D Vision Solution of Leaf Spring Parts CNC Loading：
By deploying industrial robots together with the ALSONTECH 3D vision system, the customer effectively solved the challenge of automated loading for multiple leaf spring types.
